Speaking
I
am a regular guest speaker (preacher) in UU congregations. My number
one request is to lead services on Small Group Ministry. I often
do this with the minister and offer a program on small group ministry
after the service.
I also
preach on issues related to spiritual growth, community building,
UU growth and evangelism, meditation, Buddhism, and more in consultation
with the congregation.
One
of my favorite services is an intergenerational service, or "adult"
service with children for 20 minutes, on the importance of knowing
each other and using name tags. This service is fabulous in conjunction
with a push to change a congregations culture around welcoming newcomers.
I am
now booking for the Fall. Note that I do keep a Sunday free each
month so if you have a need for an EMERGENCY GUEST SPEAKER feel
